Life is SO freakin’ good!
It took awhile, but I finally found a good beer store up here in WNY. There’s a place called Consumer’s Beverages in the Buffalo area (at least two stores in the Southtowns, maybe more elsewhere – thanks to Darrell Z for putting me onto the place) that has an excellent micro selection. Not only do they have some really nice local stuff (I am in love with the Black Chocolate Stout seasonal from Brooklyn Brewing out of Utica) but – are you listening here, beerkitty? – they have Flying Dog! And not just the Doggie Style and Tire Bite, either – they actually carry the Horn Dog!!!
Oh, verily, I am blessed….

Great, I am glad it arrived undamaged. I was worried. That is my favorite stouts that is available year round. Some of the local breweries come up with a seasonal stout so this time of year you really need to be on the look out for something special. Snow plow is one that will only be available for a couple months but Terminator is around all year and I make sure and drink my share.

And a fine brew it is. Had it last night while relaxing off a long, LONG day at work. VERY nice beer, and I’m not even a big stout drinker.
