Well, it sounds to me like the AZ legislature got some work to do clarifying a serious contradiction in how the state defines the term “person” (you’d think that would be, like, you know, the first term they’d work on) and we’re going to get nowhere in this country if liberal cops and judges are allowed to indiscriminately apply “common sense” to cases where tax-paying pre-born Americans and their families are being discriminated against.

I hate to re-open a can of worms that got me chastised and criticized by the literal-minded citizens of certain unnamed LJ communities, (see here and here), but the judge blew this one – big time.

Now, can we talk about tax exemptions?
