Best I can tell, last night’s made-fer-TV movie, Their Eyes Were Watching God, had a total running time of about 26 minutes. With commercial breaks, it rounded off to about 4 1/2 hours….

Sadly, yes. Those things were probably bad enough for people who LIKE Hootie. For people like me, it was akin to watching Anna Nicole Smith serve as celebrity ballwasher at the Masters….
I’ve found myself dissecting it to see exactly how blatantly “sex-sellsish” it is. I haven’t found genitalia on the tumbleweed bacon… yet.
Maybe not, but at least you’re looking, and that’s what counts.
