Stats
Based on the above, it seems to me that quite a few bloggers feel uncomfortable disclosing their identity when commenting on your entry. Wonder why? :o)
Re: Stats
Most of the anon posts are from non-LJ users. If you don’t have an LJ account you can comment, but it has no funcionality for capturing the IDs of these people, even if they sign their names in the post. So in some of these cases I know who posted, but the system logs them as anons.
Of course, the nature of LJ is such that I have the IDs of lots of people, but have NO idea who they really are. For example, look at your info page – you don’t tell people anything about who you really are, do you?
