Crowther on Katrina and government
Hal Crowther is one of the finest writers in America today without a doubt, and in his current Independent Weekly essay, he offers an homage to New Orleans and an unforgiving analysis of how government (and not just the Bushies, either) has failed it – and the rest of us – in the wake of Katrina.
