Maybe later today he’ll issue a clarification on the proper method for burning witches and converting the Jews.

I’m still waiting for clarification on that whole papal infallibility schtick (but not holding my breath). I mean, with limbo recently having been recalled as a defective church product, wouldn’t that mean any prior Pope was in error about it? If not, wouldn’t that mean this one was wrong in reversing direction on it?

I’m sort of reminded of a Junta…
or some other body of conservative, powerful , selfish men all smiling and helping keep each other in a powerful oligarchy against all outsiders while maneuvering to become El Jefe, supreme dictator for life so they can give thier oligarchic co conpspirators and thier followers to the fate they so richly deserve…
as a general note of Ecumenical spirit… the liberals believe it , but for the conservatitves, they are only waiting to go for each others throats till they’ve finished off everybody outside a certain circle… and then draw the circle in tighter until it can be labled “ME”

Now that Palpatine’s brought back the Latin Mass (complete with praying for my heretic Jewish soul) and clarified that the other Christian sects are just a bunch of heathens, I’m figuring the Inquisition will be up next.
Sam, you know I’m one of the most secular Jews you’ll ever meet, but this guy almost makes me want to start attending shul on a regular basis, just to piss him off.
