  Hi nice picture with great potential. There are at least another two versions of this picture depending on what you want to emphasis and say. If you want to emphasize the road crop out most of the sky to just above the hills. And vice versa to emphasize the sky crop the bottom third. Just a thought hope this helps. Andy

    Thanks. I’m a very new photographer and am trying to learn however I can. Advice from people who know what they’re doing is greatly appreciated.

    There are also more versions of the image to think about – the ones in color… 🙂

    Interesting point – if you crop at the base of the curve in the highway the entire image is soft organic curves – removes the man-made elements from the image.
