Abstract macro light bulbs…

For Christmas, my girlfriend got me a portable StudioPro lighting rig – easily one the best presents in history. Until now I’ve shot all natural light, which is fun but limiting. Now that I can control the light in my shots some wonderful new things are possible. For instance, I can now do very cool things with light bulb filaments without having the bulb actually on. This means I can explore the art of the mechanism itself.
