As September draws to an end, let’s pay tribute to the greatest rock song ever with the month in the title.

Here’s one of my favorite emerging bands absolutely stealing the song for their own. Dum Dum Girls rule.

If ever there were artists who earned the right to play this song, Brendan Benson and The Posies are them.
